Job Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts and customer relationships in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) category
Enter customer orders via SAP and verify their accuracy
Work with the CSD team on orders, optimizing both order processing and fulfillment
Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve any discrepancies
Participate in strategy development for growth and customer engagement
Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with customers
Organize product development with cross-functional teams
Assist with QA audits and compliance with quality standards
Identify and onboard new customers to grow market share
Develop customer-centric or market pricing strategies
Negotiate contracts and manage customer expectations
Coordinate logistics and shipping to ensure accurate buyer delivery
Develop and streamline packaging solutions
Act as a representative of the company’s brand during meetings and conversations with customers
