Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) a kids wear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for the “SAP B1 Data Entry operator” to join its team:

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage Purchase Orders (POs), RFQs, and vendor price offers in SAP B1.
  Maintain and manage the vendor master data, including supplier bios, contact information, payment terms, etc and delivery windows.
  Assist in tracking open PO’s, delivery schedules and vendor performance metrics, as noted in SAP generated reports.
  Review item, UOM, and vendor code information, applicable to fabric, trims, accessories, or other sourced fabric etc. to ensure accurate mapping.
  Assist and support the Sourcing team with immediate data inputs for price comparisons, cost sheets, budget forecast/assets.
  Work with purchasing, inventory and finance teams to ensure that data matches and is aligned across all modules.
  Assist the teams with identifying data discrepancies or errors.
  Prepare and distribute client reports daily, weekly and monthly per request for business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualification: Bachelors.
1–2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (B1).
Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and basic analysis.
