You’ll also have to chase down those actual, physical bills from vendors after the job’s done (because apparently, email attachments just aren’t dramatic enough). Then, you’ll need to make sure those bills actually match what you all agreed to pay, because who wants a surprise on their expense report?

You’ll be working pretty closely with the finance crew, especially when month-end rolls around and everyone’s buried in closing activities (bring coffee, trust me). Oh, and don’t forget—there’s the ever-exciting task of keeping the vendor ledger updated in Excel. Basically, if something’s off or missing, it’s on you to fix it before anyone else even notices. No pressure.

Qualifications: M.com/MBA.

Requirements: Up to 03 to 04 years of relevant experience.

Expertise in SAP MM Module will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of MS Office. Location: Head Office.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Spare Parts to join our dynamic After-Sales Team.

So, basically, this gig’s all about wrangling data and keeping tabs on inventory—think spare parts scattered all over the country. You’ll dive into the numbers, hunt for patterns in sales and usage, and try to predict what’s gonna run out next. Tracking KPIs? Yeah, that’s in the mix too. Plus, you’ll be whipping up reports and presentations for the higher-ups, sometimes on the fly, sometimes on schedule. In short: you’re the go-to data wizard making sure we don’t drop the ball on spare parts.

Qualification: • BBA / MBA (with majors in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field).

Requirements:

• At least 03 – 05 years of experience in the automotive spare parts domain or After-Sales Operations.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.
