Deputy Manager – Plant Maintenance (Electrical) Join our team

We are seeking a candidate who is skillful, experienced and well-rounded to join our fast-paced team. The right candidate must have a strong hands-on experience leading and mentoring electrical technicians and electrical engineers in installing, testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to a plant environment. They will be experienced with PLCs, industrial instruments, control systems and other associated equipment related to the electrical field. The candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, enforcing safety and operational standards, and promoting and driving continuous improvement. The right candidate must also have an understanding of plant maintenance practices, as well as giving sound written and verbal guidance to problem solve.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics).

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of related work experience.
• Outstanding analytical/observation skills and report writing skills (RCA/MCR/KPI/daily reports, etc.)
• Experience with SAP and computer software to support maintenance programs; this includes also being capable of assisting in the development of cost and performance
• improvement proposals.
• Proficient in PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting.
• Accountable for checking and performing daily maintenance requests and preventive actions.
• Train employees on the equipment, techniques, methods, and procedures.
