International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for “𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀” in Production Operations who will be responsible for:

• To carry out the daily production plan approved by the Shift In-charge.
• To prepare machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) ahead of production.
• To monitor size, hardness, and quality of slitting reels per the planning sheet.
• To monitor for any abnormal noise/vibration, leakage /temperature of the machine during the production run.
• To ensure the proper housekeeping of the machine and slitting hall in general.
• To coordinate with the CERD&QA lab on slitting plan for the mother roll.
• To check treatment side prior to loading the mother roll.
• To thread the film of mother roll for slitting process and run the machine according to the planning sheet.
• To adjust knives according width requirement.
• To monitor quality of film on completion of every pack, i.e. hardness, treatment, slackness, scratches, etc.
• To monitor for high edge loose winding, slip winding, wrinkles, oil drops, etc., and provide corrective actions as per the situation, if required.
• To check width setting adjustment on start of new job per the specification given by the planning department.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
· Qualification: DAE (Electrical/Mechanical)
· Experience: 0-3 Years
· Candidates must be willing to work in shifts
· Must be willing to work in the challenging environment

Pick & Drop Facility (on specific routes) will be provided
