We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Treasury Operations to join our Finance team. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day treasury activities, ensuring accurate execution of banking transactions, effective liquidity management, and strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out and oversee daily treasury activities such as processing payments, transferring funds, and completing bank reconciliations.
Sustain cash flow processes to maximize the efficient use of funds and maintain timely liquidity availability.
Communicate with banks to carry out transactions as well as manage facilities and operational tasks.
Accurately record all banking transactions and prepare treasury reports and management information systems for management review.
Assist in monitoring foreign currency exposure, financing deals, and debt repayment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulation.
Assist with the implementation of and automation of treasury systems and processes.
Act as a point-of-contact for internal contacts (Finance, Accounts Payable, etc.) for carrying out day-to-day treasury operation.
Support the overall continuous improvement of processes to help improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance, CA/ACCA finalist (preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or financial operations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking practices.
• Experience with financial instruments, payments, and foreign exchange.
• Experience with MS Excel and ERP systems (an earlier experience with SAP is preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination potential.
