Job Position – IT Assistant

Head Office
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience)
Reporting to: Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, servers).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• mplement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure operating systems and applications are regularly updated and patched.
• Provide efficient technical support to internal users.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system and network configurations.

Qualifications & Skills**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT/network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server / Linux, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and IDS/IPS systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or MCSA are a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Male candidates only.
• Must hold own visa or be under family sponsorship.
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
• Must be available to join immediately.
