𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) for marketing vendors and agencies Maintain and track invoices, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready Coordinate closely with Finance & Audit to ensure timely payments Act as the bridge between marketing, finance, and procurement for budgeting and compliance Follow up with vendors and internal teams to close payment cycles efficiently Manage internal digital filing systems for POs, GRNs, contracts, and invoice approvals Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
