𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals by selling JSIL’s full range of investment products – Mutual Funds, REITs, Managed Accounts, and Voluntary Pension Schemes. You will set branch strategy, grow the customer base, grow AUM, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Your leadership will be important in further establishing JSIL’s footprint in Lahore, Peshawar and across Pakistan.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Strategic Development: Execute net AUM and revenue growth targets set at the corporate level.
• Client Engagement: Develop and foster relationships with institutional and retail clients.
• Talent Development: Lead, coach and mentor the high-performing branch sales team with a culture of accountability and integrity.
• Operational Performance: Ensure smooth branch operations ensuring all operations comply with regulator requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Be in tune with your local markets by monitoring client interactions and competitor intelligence to enhance JSIL’s visibility.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues at Head Office to ensure your branch initiatives outside their area fit to the purposes of the organization.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Master’s/Bachelors degree from a recognized institution (preferred); strong knowledge of mutual funds, VPS, and financial products required.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

• 6–8 years of relevant sales or financial services experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, selling, and interpersonal abilities.
