TRACEABILITY COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Kamal Limited has a vacancy for a Traceability Compliance Officer who is meticulous and has a strong sense of initiative, to be part of our Marketing Department. The perfect applicant will take care of the compliance with end-to-end traceability, guaranteeing transparency in transaction certificates (TCs), and checking the stock reconciliations against the criteria for organic and sustainable products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and manage the pending TCs so as to avoid delays in their completion. Prepare and keep an eye on the seasonal projections for the certification and compliance activities. Conduct stock reconciliations in order to confirm that the data is accurate. Keep and refresh the Monthly Organic Stock Balance Sheets. Prepare and share the pendency sheets to facilitate the monitoring of the progress and the delays in the process. Carry out the reconciliation of assignations in order to ensure that proper documentation and traceability are established. Check if the minimum composition requirements for TCs as per the standards are being met. Make sure that the Garment TC Timelines are followed.

REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred).
2-3 years of experience in the textile/apparel sector in compliance with traceability, documentation, or marketing operations.
Good control over MS Excel and ERP systems.
Great communication and follow-up skills.
