Position: Warehouse Incharge – Yarn Warehouse

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 14 years of education (Graduation)
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Yarn Warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete warehouse operations, ensuring that all receivables from production are verified accurately (count, mark, lot) upon placement with strict adherence to FIFO discipline.
• Update and maintain real-time inventory reports in Excel and reconcile these reports against system stock reports.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts to provide stock accuracy.
• Manage loading activities to ensure that the correct count and quantity of yarns are loaded according to loading
• plans issued by the marketing department.Make sure that delivery challan postings are recorded accurately in the ERP system.
• Make sure you follow the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) rules and operate safely with material handling equipment (MHE).
• Make sure the Warehouse standard operating procedures (SOP) are being followed, with appropriate management visibility.

Skills Required:

• Keen eye for detail, accuracy in numbers, and lot traceability
• Ability to lead a team and create schedules
• Have worked with pallets, lifters, and have safe practices
• Strong MS Office & ERP system proficiency
• Professionalism, integrity and discipline.
