Junior Officer – Dispatch We are seeking dynamic and result-driven technical resource at our Plant Site – Mianwali.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

Receive and enter authority and bilti details to generate VPS slips, ensuring the processing is done accurately and timely on FIFO basis. After checking order details and quantities issue Delivery Orders (DO), controlling the correctness between the authority/bilti/ and SCM records. Monitor the vehicle movement from entry to dispatch including stay time, breakdowns, and refusals by drivers and inform the Shift In-Charge when necessary. Oversight the loading of cement into bags at the packing plant so as to ensure that the correct number of bags, stacking pattern, brand, and MRP/FBR stamp are complied with. Keep and update TLA, VPS, and dispatch records in Excel and SCM systems, making sure of proper data management and weekly reporting.
