Marketing Manager Jobs In Dubai
What You’ll Actually Do:
– You’ll be the big cheese running the whole marketing show for NPFCL. Ads, promos, branding—yeah, all that jazz. Your job? Make the company look awesome, keep the brand on point, and hit those big-picture goals, whether it’s here in Dubai or way out in some other market.
– Got ideas for killer marketing moves? Cool, you’ll plan ‘em, set ‘em up, and make sure they actually happen—ads, sponsorship deals, trade shows, brochures, you name it. Basically, if it helps sell paint, it’s your gig.
– You’ll boss around (nicely, please) a team of marketers, making sure everyone’s pulling their weight, getting trained up, and working hand-in-glove with sales folks and the legal eagles. No rogue campaigns, alright?
– And you’ll have to know what’s cool and what’s not in the paint world! So you’ll be conducting market research, looking for trends, and doing some numerology to help you create some smart proposals to the management team, to focus on business growth.
