Manager Interior Design Projects (Office Furniture)

The Manager Interior Designer Projects Office Furniture is responsible for creating innovative, functional, and beautiful interior design solutions that incorporate the company’s furniture solutions. The role centers around interpreting the client’s needs and translating that into creative floor plans, 3D images, and presentations while ensuring the client’s mission, vision, brand, production capabilities, and timeline are adhered to.

Role Description:

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts and mood boards that highlight company furniture in corporate and institutional settings.
• Prepare 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations and detailed drawings for client presentations and approvals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored, furniture-focused design solutions.
• Coordinate with production, R&D and technical teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective and feasible for manufacturing.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, layout planning, and implementation support as required.
• Prepare BOQs and provide financial assessments for proposed designs.
• Develop client-facing presentations and support sales/marketing teams in showcasing design capabilities through exhibitions, showrooms, and digital platforms.
• Stay updated on global design trends, workspace ergonomics and furniture applications.
• Ensure timely delivery of design proposals in accordance with project deadlines.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
• 6-7 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale office projects
