Industrial Engineer
(Lean & Transformation)

The Master Group of Industries is looking for a dedicated MTO/Trainee Industrial Engineer to be part of their Lean & Transformation team. This position would be focused on the continuous enhancement and optimization of our furniture manufacturing operations through the elimination of wastes, carrying out improvement projects, and working closely with the different departments to guarantee the highest level of operations.

Role Description:

Optimize manufacturing processes through lean practices and process improvements

Support and lead projects to enhance productivity and efficiency

Collaborate with production, supply chain, and QA/QC teams to resolve process bottlenecks

Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance and recommend corrective actions

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma tools) to reduce waste and improve quality

Monitor and track KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction

Contribute to building a culture of lean transformation across the organization

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification

Minimum Internship experience in manufacturing operations will be preferred
