Position : Procurement Office

Job Description:

Take charge of the entire procurement process for your specified material groups, which include ingredients, packaging, and maintenance spare parts.
Carry out the buying transactions, such as RFQs, price negotiations, and the generation of Purchase Orders.
Inventively control the stock and the inventory levels so that there will always be supply continuity.
Keep and supervise the documentations of vendor agreements for compliance with all terms and conditions.
Be in good terms with the suppliers, emphasizing the prompt delivery and smooth processing of the invoice and payment.
Encourage the various departments involved to communicate and work together to resolve any open issues and activities promptly.

Qualification: Preferably MBA (Finance / Supply Chain Management) / BBA / BS (Accounting & Finance)

Experience: 01 year experience, preferably in Procurement / Supply Chain
