We Are HIRING Head of Production

Job Responsibilities:

Create and implement monthly and annual production plans to accomplish sales and operational objectives.
Maintain appropriate stock levels across all SKUs to minimize sales loss and stockouts.
Improve production runs to decrease changeovers and reduce conversion costs.
Review and plan production capacity, resources, and infrastructure to meet immediate and future needs.
Identify gaps in capacity through planning and capital investment.
Achieve “First Time Right” production with an emphasis on reducing waste and rework.
Execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to help improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Optimize resource utilization and monitor production costs within approved limits.
Monitor compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements according to company policies and procedures and regulations.
Promote a safe work culture and monitor the safety of all equipment and processes.
Create and manage annual operational budgets and capital project expenditures for day-to-day operations as well as future growth.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering – Preferably with MBA
7-10 years of managerial experience in production or manufacturing within the Beverages/FMCG industry.
