• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
• Implement strategies to boost sales and customer retention

Qualification: Bachelor’s in any field

Skills Required:

• Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills

Experience: 2-3 years in QSR (Supervisor/Manager role preferred)
