Position : Assistant Manager Solar Operations Karachi

We are looking assistant manager for solar Operations (Head of Department) Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of solar projects to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
Coordinate closely with engineering teams to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical or operational challenges.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Track project progress through regular reporting and performance analysis to identify and address any delays or issues.
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum. Coordination with sales team for Orders. Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical
4 to 5 years project management experience
