We are hiring WCM Manager

Key Accountabilities :

Coordinate WCM & KAIZEN with business strategy while empowering Business Units to focus on continuous improvement activities to achieve operational excellence. Serve as a change agent for the WCM method within the BU. Support BU in recognizing & selecting cost deployment opportunities. Leverage Pillar Methodology to understand different operations & help employee understanding about operational awareness & machine efficiency.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a closely related field (Master’s degree preferred) with significant experience (5-10 years) managing manufacturing and deploying IWS/TPM. Excellent leadership and management of teams is required. Understanding of World Class Manufacturing and methodologies. Knowledge of IWS/TPM/ Lean Six Sigma and experience managing Lean and/or Sig Sigma projects. Communication and people skills. Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is also a plus.
