We are hiring Sales Operations Officer BUFC Karachi

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

– Build dashboards, keep trackers up-to-date, and whip up monthly reports that actually make sense—not just for show.
– Be the sales team’s right hand: chase down customers, handle the paper trail (yes, including those infamous Shade Cards and Mechanical Approvals), and basically make their lives easier.
– Play traffic cop between logistics, CRMs, and anyone else who shouts “urgent dispatch!”—making sure everyone’s on the same page.
– Tackle SAP, tax invoices, credit/debit notes, and any “WTF happened here?” transaction issues with IT and sales accounts.
– Keep the office files from turning into a black hole. When the Area Marketing Manager throws something your way, you handle it—no drama.

What They Hope You Bring

– Some paper that says B.Com, M.Com, BSc, BBA, ACCA—honestly, they just wanna know you’ve been around the block.
– Three to five years doing something similar (so you won’t need babysitting).
– Solid with SAP, Excel, and Power BI—if you’ve never heard of them, yikes.
– Play nice with others, especially when everyone’s got their own agenda.
– You spot problems, then fix ‘em. No hand-holding.
– You can talk and write like a pro—no weird emails with missing attachments.
– Obsessive eye for detail—typos make your eye twitch.
– Customers don’t scare you—you actually like helping ‘em out.
