Experience & Education: A minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing/processing field, preferably in packaging. Also, direct experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems, LT/HT electrical panels, cable trays, and industrial electrical work is essential. Candidates must possess good troubleshooting skills on high-speed machines. Candidates must possess a B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. This position will be responsible for increasing machine efficiency, managing electrical maintenance, and managing operations in the can-making line. Key tasks include troubleshooting faults, ensuring smooth machine changeovers, training the team, and achieving maintenance targets through teamwork and problem-solving.
