We are Hiring! Front Desk Officer

Qualification: Intermediate
Experience: 1 year

Answer and relay incoming and outgoing calls for the company.
Handle sensitive telephone and personal enquires from clients, staff, and others as needed.
Handle reception entry in a courteous, professional manner, and greet/support clients and others.
Perform various clerical duties such as making photocopies and posting a record of incoming mail and routing/distributing as appropriate. daily export/local orders to concerned department, dispatching of outgoing mails.
Responsible to answer Customer Service Queries over Phone, Email, Whatsapp and sent to relevant department for further coordination.
