WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Area Sales Manager
Location: Peshawar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Target achieve or exceed Weekly, Monthly and yearly.
Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Regularly track sales performance and report on results to senior management. Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure optimal coverage and distribution within the area.
Travel Time 90 – 95%

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of FMCG Chemical Businesses.
Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve sales performance.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
