We’re Hiring: Head of IT Governance

Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is in search of an enthusiastic individual to lead the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function at our bank. This person will manage the alignment between IT strategy and business strategy, cybersecurity and risk management responsibilities, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

If you have:

• We’re hunting for someone who’s basically a wizard with 12 to 15 years deep in the trenches of IT governance, risk, or audit—bonus points if that’s in banking or financial stuff. If you’ve led teams and steered the ship in IT strategy, compliance, or hacking away at cybersecurity governance? Yeah, that’s the kind of experience we want to hear about.
• You’ll need to know your way around frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, and SBP regs—if you have to Google those acronyms, probably not the gig for you. Oh, and if you’re rocking certifications like CGEIT, CISA, CRISC, or CISM? You’re speaking our language.
