Open Positions:

Assistant Manager – Cards and TDR (Karachi)

• Manage settlements & reconciliations of digital transactions (Cards & TDR).
• Ensure timely payments and compliance with regulatory/franchise requirements.
• Prepare MIS and regulatory reporting.
• Requirement: Min. 3 years of banking experience.

Senior Officer – Financial Management (Karachi)

• Handle settlements for Raast, Debit Card, Fund Transfers, Bill Payments, Term Deposits.
• Support reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulator and franchise policies.
• Requirement: Min. 2 years of banking experience.

Senior Officer – Operations (Lahore) [Shift-Based Role]

• Manage onboarding, KYC, and customer documentation.
• Handle debit card operations and MIS/regulatory reporting.
• Basic understanding of AML/CFT regulations.
• Requirement: 1–2 years of banking experience.
• Note: This is a shift-based role, including evening and night shifts

Senior Officer – Complaint Management (Karachi)

• Register, track, and resolve customer complaints across digital channels.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution within TATs.
• Prepare complaint MIS and regulatory submissions.
• Requirement: 1–2 years of banking experience in service/complaint management.
