– At least a year selling real estate in the UAE. If you’ve got it, flaunt it.
– Communication skills—no, really, you gotta know how to talk to people (and maybe charm them a little).
– Negotiation game strong. If you can’t haggle, you’re toast.
– Know Dubai’s property market like the back of your hand.
– Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and you’re not scared to slide into someone’s DMs if that’s where the leads are.
– English is a must. If you can throw in a couple extra languages, even better.
– UAE driver’s license? Not required, but you’ll be glad you have it when you’re dashing between viewings.
