What You’ll Actually Do

Look, you’re not just babysitting checklists. You’ll be the boss when it comes to making sure every project stays tight on quality from start to finish. Think of yourself as the go-to quality guru across all our sites. If something isn’t up to scratch, you’re the one blowing the whistle and fixing it.

Here’s the rundown:

– You’ll create Inspection & Test Plans (yeah, ITPs—if you know, you know) for every site we’ve got.
– Lead QC teams—you’re the coach, they’re the players.
– Dig into problems, run root cause analyses, and shut down those annoying Non-Conformance Reports like it’s your day job (because, well, it kinda is).
– Roll out top-tier benchmarking frameworks—CONQUAS, QLASSIC, whatever makes us look sharp.
– Keep an eagle eye on quality metrics, and feed the execs real-time data.
– Take charge of final inspections and snagging, making sure handovers are smooth and spotless.

What We’re Looking For

If you don’t have a civil engineering degree, sorry, that’s non-negotiable. We need someone who’s been around the block—15 years in QA/QC, at least 5 of those years calling the shots. Oh, and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor? If you don’t have it, this isn’t the gig for you.

You gotta know your way around CONQUAS or QLASSIC, plus all the international and Dubai-specific construction rules. Basically, no rookies.
