Job Position – Service Desk Agent

Immediate joiners preferred (Must already based in UAE)

To provide L1 support, handle initial technical investigations, and deliver first-call resolution for service requests and incidents.

Qualifications:

• BSc. in IT or related field
• 3+ years of relevant IT experience
• Knowledge of networks, MS Office products, and Microsoft Windows
• Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, ManageEngine, ServiceDesk, Ivanti)
• Service oriented, open, and good with analytical skills
