Shield Corporation Limited
Shield Corporation Limited – Job Openings (September 2025)
Deputy Manager – Inventory/Warehouse Management
Look, if you’ve been hustling in the FMCG world and know your way around a warehouse like the back of your hand, Shield Corp wants you. We need someone who can actually keep the chaos under control, not just talk about it in meetings. This gig’s all about making sure the right stuff ends up in the right place, at the right time—no excuses.
Here’s what you’ll actually be doing (besides putting out fires):
– Bossing around the warehouse floor. Keep daily ops smooth, make sure stuff gets shipped when it’s supposed to.
– Juggle incoming and outgoing shipments. You’ll be the glue between the production folks, procurement, and sales.
– Keep inventory on point—meaning, no “where did all the stock go?” moments, and no “why do we have a mountain of this stuff?” either.
– FIFO, FEFO—if you don’t know these, Google them (or, honestly, this job’s not for you).
– Stay glued to ERP/WMS systems, tracking every move. Real-time data is the name of the game.
– Run stock audits like a detective—monthly and quarterly. You’ll know where everything is, or you’ll find out.
– Make the warehouse layout less of a maze. Got ideas? Bring ‘em.
– Lead the crew. Get everyone moving faster and messing up less.
What do you need?
– Bachelor’s degree (no, your cousin’s “life experience” certificate won’t cut it)
– 3-5 years actually doing this stuff, not just watching from the sidelines
– You gotta know ERP and Excel. Like, really know them.
– FMCG warehouse experience, big inventory—if you thrive on “busy,” you’ll fit in
– Analytical brain, leadership vibes, and you don’t freak out under pressure
– Can actually talk to people and get them to listen

Alright, numbers people—Shield Corp’s hunting for someone who actually likes spreadsheets (weird flex, but okay). If Excel is your second language and you get a thrill from chasing overdue payments, keep reading.
Here’s what you’ll tackle:
– Entering and managing receipt vouchers (it’s not glamorous, but someone’s gotta do it)
– Chasing down late payers and dealing with clients. Bring your patience.
– Handling claims, fixing mix-ups, putting out little fires
– Reconciling debtors and bank statements—so, yeah, attention to detail is everything
– Keeping tabs on fixed assets, making sure nothing walks away
– Basically, any other receivables task that lands on your desk
What you need:
– Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or anything close
– Can wrangle Excel like a pro
– People skills—because you’ll be talking to a lot of them
– Some experience in receivables? Gold star for you
