Position Title: Assistant Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
– Dive in and actually get to know our LMT customers—supermarkets, retail chains, corner shops, all of ’em. It’s not just handshakes and fake smiles, either, it’s about building legit connections.
– Roll up your sleeves and put some muscle into sales and promo plans that actually make sense for LMT. Not just PowerPoints—real action, boots on the ground.
– Make sure our products aren’t just gathering dust on some back shelf. They gotta look sharp, front and center. Yeah,
– Seriously, don’t let anything slide. Keep tabs on sales, stock, and what the other guys are up to. If you snooze, you lose.
– Team up with the trade marketing crew, supply chain peeps, and finance squad to keep promos popping, deliveries on point, and payments drama-free. Nobody’s got time for chaos.
– Pitch in with account reviews, whip up sales reports, and, when it counts, put together those “look at us!” presentations that actually get noticed.
– Handle customer questions, complaints, weird issues—whatever pops up. Usually, you’ve got the KAM riding shotgun, so it’s not all on you.
– Jump into promo and display talks, space deals, all that wheeling and dealing. Sometimes you walk out a champ, sometimes you gotta grind a bit harder.
– Hit the stores yourself. Don’t just trust the reports—see for yourself if what we’re promising is actually happening. No sugarcoating.
– Back up the KAM, smash those sales goals, and nail the trade KPIs. Because honestly, if the team’s not winning, what’s the point?
Skills:
– Killer at cutting deals and selling to today’s big-name retailers.
– Pretty solid when it comes to building real connections—customers, clients, you name it, I know how to keep ’em engaged.
– Not to brag, but I’ve got a sharp eye for numbers—sales analysis, reports, forecasting… Excel and ERP don’t scare me.
– Been around the block with trade marketing, merchandising, and making shelves actually look good (yep, planograms and all that jazz).
– I can work a room and present like a pro—people skills are definitely in my toolkit.
