𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• .Once the green light’s on, I’m knee-deep in audits—financial, operational, compliance, whatever the flavor of the month is. I’m not just ticking boxes for the sake of it, either. The point is to make sure we’re not running a circus behind the scenes.

  Internal controls, governance, data integrity… basically, if there’s something to poke at, you bet I’m poking. If it smells fishy, I’m already halfway through sniffing it out. Nothing gets swept under the rug on my watch.

  Now, paperwork? Not gonna lie, it’s a grind. But hey, you gotta do it. I log everything—what I did, what I found, where the wheels came off. I keep it straight so the next poor soul doesn’t have to play detective trying to figure out my notes.

  When it’s time to break the news, I put the findings into reports that don’t just collect dust on a shelf. I sit down with management, lay out the facts (sometimes with a little side of sass), and push until something actually changes. And yeah, I check back—no “set it and forget it” nonsense.

  Mentoring juniors? Love it. I’m the one cracking dumb jokes while showing them how not to step on rakes. Curveballs like fraud investigations? Bring it on. If stuff gets weird, I’m there.

  And I’m all about the tech life—analytics, automation, whatever makes this circus run smoother. If there’s a shortcut, I’ll find it.

  Switching hats to production: total different beast. I’m watching daily numbers like a hawk, calling out anything off with WIP or TNA, and dragging the team together when something’s broken. Monthly targets? Not letting those slide. If we’re slipping behind, I’m the one waving the red flag and hustling to clear the logjam. Someone’s gotta keep the show running, right?

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 3–5 years of proven internal audit experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance.
• Experience in the retail fashion industry will be highly preferred.
