WE’RE HIRING Executive Color Development Lab

Job Responsibilities:

Working together at first with the planners of the dyeing department, find out new colors needed and come up with the appropriate recipes as per the requirements. First check the lab shades and make changes in the recipes for the upcoming lab trial, so that the accuracy can be guaranteed. Confer with the manufacturing crew to assess the corrections in the recipe and apply them. Make use of the

spectrophotometer readings especially the Delta E values for the purpose of making adjustments in the recipe. Be responsible for the

preparation and management of color recipes through ERP. An excellent record of lab lot cards should be kept up.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering is a must, however, a diploma in dyeing would be an advantage. At least 3 years of experience in a color lab relevant to the job, preferably with the knitted fabric industry.Proficient in MS 365, ERP and IMS.
