𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞- 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

This position will be based at Head Office (Karachi).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with executing brand campaigns, launching products, executing promotional activities, and implementing loyalty programs, while working with agencies on creative work, point of sale materials, and catalogs.

Support to manage color palettes, adding color and updating the portfolio while ensuring market direction and customer color requests are aligned.

Assist with dealer events, carpenter events, exhibitions, and below-the-line campaigns to ensure proper execution with sales and distribution.
Lead Architect Connect initiatives and share content highlighting testimonials, project features, and case studies in order to solidify relationships throughout the industry. Support social media management with user-generated content, writing, and campaign management while tracking performance to enhance subsequent marketing influence. while following the performance for the improvement of future marketing influence.
Conduct benchmarking of competitors, consumer insights, and category trends and provide dashboards and reports for reporting to leadership.
Support special initiatives working with Sales, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain departments to view marketing influence at various stages in the life cycle of the business.

Qualifications & Experience:
Recent graduate or 0-1 year of experience (BBA/BS in Marketing, Business, Design, or similar field). Able to use AI tools and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and exposure with digital marketing platforms, SEO and analytical tools. Creative, detail-oriented, eager to learn on building brands, trade marketing or campaign execution.
