The City School is Hiring:
▪ Quantity Surveyor Male/Female

Location:
▪ Regional Office, Karachi

Experience:
Minimum 5 year

Key Responsibilities
▪ Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
▪ Conduct cost estimation, control, and contract management.
▪ Handle RFQs, variations, and project documentation.
▪ Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
▪ Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols.

Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BE) in Civil Engineering or related field.
▪ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects and quantity surveying.
▪ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or cost management software.
▪ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
▪ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The City School is Hiring:
▪ Site Engineer (Civil Engineer)

Location:
▪ Hyderabad (with travel across Sindh)

Experience:
▪ Minimum 5 years

Key Duties:
▪ Manage and independently supervise construction sites.
▪ Manage multiple projects, contract documents, progress payments, estimates and BOQs.
▪ Supervision of new construction, designing, maintenance and renovation with experience in educational buildings will be considered an advantage.
▪ Ensure timely delivery of projects complying with the relevant standards.

Qualifications:
▪ Bachelors Degree (BSc/BE) in civil engineering.
▪ Minimum 5 years of site supervision and project management experience.
▪ Good knowledge of construction documentation processes and billing.
▪ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
▪ A vehicle will be necessary. (transport allowance will be granted to the actual basis).
