• Take charge of the sales game plan for Toyota Sure in the region—yeah, that means not just hitting targets, but smashing them. Make sure everyone in our 3S Dealership crew actually follows the SOPs (no shortcuts, no funny business), so customers get the top-tier treatment every single time.
• Don’t just boss people around—actually roll up your sleeves and help the dealership team get better at selling and knowing their stuff. If you’re not training and mentoring, you’re basically asleep at the wheel. Also, take the reins on marketing and lead-gen stuff for the dealers and the region. The goal? Get more folks through the door and rack up those sales.
