🚨 We’re Hiring: Internal Auditor 🚨

Transsion Tecno Electronics (Pvt) Ltd is on the lookout for Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team!

📍Location: Karachi, Sindh

💼 Responsibilities:

• Assist in payroll, tax deduction, and employee master data audits (permanent & third-party staff).
• Perform monthly audits of salaries, allowances, full & final settlements, transport, canteen, petty cash, procurement, and scrap sales.
• Conduct physical verification of inventory, fixed assets, and store stock counts.
• Carry out operational audits including HSE checks, gate logs, security management, and CCTV functionality.
• Perform reconciliation of sales tax returns, loans & advances, and receivables.
• Review import shipment records, insurance claims, and OEM price compliance.
• Prepare and present monthly audit reports to management.
• Support quarterly audits such as annual tax review, uniform & locker management, utilities, device warehouse, bonus disbursement, and showroom visits.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior management.

Skills:

I can seriously work magic in MS Excel (I’m talking pivot tables for days ……) and I know how to manoeuvre around those old clunky ERP systems. I don’t fear numbers, I can analyze, reconcile and produce reports like it’s nobody’s business! If there’s a bit of heat in the room I don’t panic. Conflict is nothing to me. I am looking for solutions, not problems.

Professional qualifications:

CA-Inter, ICMA Finalist, ACCA Finalist, CIA, CISA or if you have successfully survived 14 years in university to get an accounting or finance degree, that is good too.

Experience:

2 years with internal audit, finance or compliance experience will do the trick. so if you have spent a couple of years making sure things add up and the rules are followed, you are in!
