We are pleased to announce a Career opportunity with Transworld Associates in Islamabad reporting to the Head of Governance in our Governance Department by leading our Quality Assurance initiatives and facilitating improvements in our Systems and Processes.

The Ideal Candidate would Possess:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or Business Management
💼 Has worked 10–12 years within telecom
📘 Has a deep knowledge of ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, 27001, Six Sigma, eTOM, and ITIL
💡 Has a strong aptitude for Data Analysis, Communication & Problem Solving

You will Perform:
💡 Lead the QCR plans, Quality Audits & follow up process
💡 Assure the reliability, confidentiality & timeliness of reporting on data
💡 Measure and analyze customer satisfaction
💡 Research, design & implement quality-related training initiatives
