Looking for an 𝗘𝗥𝗣 (𝗢𝗱𝗼𝗼) 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 — 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our team.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
Experience working with Odoo ERP (minimum 2–3 years).

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

1. Act as the main administrator and strategic owner of our Odoo ERP system.
2. You will lead the implementation of new modules in Odoo. Design, configure and customize workflows, reports and dashboards, to improve our overall business processes in Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement and HR.
3. You will take the lead in managing all ERP-related projects from inception to completion, through gathering requirements from each department head, defining scope, and delivering a solution on time.
4. Having knowledge to provide tier-2/3 support as needed, as well as troubleshooting and solving issues beyond tier-1 support.
5. Develop training programs and training for end users with comprehensive training materials, to enable the users and maximize elicit adoption.
6. You will lead the evaluation and discovery of potential opportunities for automation of processes, and optimization of the system, to improve data accuracy and integrity, improve the accuracy of the reports created, operational efficiencies and enhance end-user experience with the system.
7. Develop and manage effective and detailed documentation for system configuration, processes, and user manuals/guides.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

1. Strong operational knowledge of key business functions (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR).
2. Proven experience configuring Odoo modules and optimizing modules for specific business needs (not necessarily in code).
3. Excellent problem identification, problem solving, and analytical skills with a process mindset.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize work, and work both independently and in teams.
6. Experience with Odoo.sh or other deployment approaches.
7. Technical knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL for higher levels of customization or development.
